Pertaining to Entrepreneurship development, a study shown that the younger generation’s first preference is to seek a job. Others who have started self-employment, is out of non-availability of suitable jobs for them. But for their livelihood they have forcefully gone for self-employment. This is called as “Forced Entrepreneurship”.
On this background it is very much essential to educate and motivate the young generation for taking up self-employment, and they should be mentally prepared to become an Entrepreneur. Now a day’s this type of education system in required to show them that self-employment is an alternative to wage employment.
