Faculty Development Workshop on Entrepreneurship

Faculty Development Workshop on Entrepreneurship provide inputs on process and practice of entrepreneurship development, communication and inter-personal skills, creativity, problem solving, achievement motivation, resources available and all aspects of entrepreneurship. Training methodology includes case studies, group discussion, simulation exercises, field visits and classroom lectures.

Programme Objectives

Faculty Development Workshop on Entrepreneurship aims at equipping teachers/trainers with skills and knowledge that are essential for inculcating entrepreneurial values in students, guiding and monitoring their progress towards entrepreneurial career.
To motivate the participants to be an epicentre for creation of favourable ecosystem for ntrepreneurship development at their institutions
To discuss and categorically design the courses on entrepreneurship to be taught at institute level.
To provide them with structured pedagogical tools those are impact making in entrepreneurship trainings and education.
Participants will be trained with ‘how to use and Psychometric Assessment tools’ while conducting entrepreneurship courses
To enable participants ‘how to schedule course delivery, development of teaching material that is relevant for the students of Polytechnics and it is.
To encourage participants to sensitise the entrepreneurship courses in their respective institutions through seminars, workshops, conferences and publications of repute.
